Do you guarantee sales volume?
No. We cannot promise how many orders we will generate. Some months may bring many, others fewer, or even zero. What we can promise: if we generate zero orders, you pay zero dollars.
Who pays for the ad spend?
We do. RetailerBoost funds all Google Ads campaigns on your behalf. You never see an ad spend bill. The only cost to you is the commission on orders we successfully generate.
What if your ads compete with my own?
Your ads always take priority. We use last-click attribution, meaning you only pay commission when a RetailerBoost ad is the final paid click before purchase.
Can I get a custom commission rate?
Yes. Higher rates let us bid more aggressively, potentially driving more volume. Lower rates are possible for high-value products where margins allow. Contact us to discuss.
Will your ads raise my CPCs?
No. Our campaigns target incremental traffic you are not already winning. We expand your reach by targeting searches and placements where your ads are not showing.
