RetailerBoost, a 30m.com company (referred to as "RetailerBoost," "we," "us," or "our"), provides performance-based Google Shopping Ads services to Merchants who operate online stores. This privacy notice describes how personal information is collected, used, and shared when you sign up for or use the RetailerBoost service.

Controller for Personal Data

Device Data includes the type of device you use, device identifier, operating system, browser type, and time zone setting.

Financial Data includes transaction data of store orders for attribution and commission calculation purposes.

Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and your communication preferences.

What We Track via Our Pixel/Script

RetailerBoost's tracking technology collects minimal data for attribution purposes only:

Google Click IDs (GCLID) - To attribute orders to our advertising campaigns

Order IDs and Values - For commission calculation (subtotal excluding shipping, taxes, and discounts)

Conversion Timestamps - To track when orders are placed

We DO NOT collect: Customer names, email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers, or any other personal customer information.

Use of Contact Information for Operational Alerts

We collect your email address and phone number (if provided) to send you operational alerts and messages. These messages are essential for the continued provision of our services and may include, but are not limited to, notifications about account status, campaign performance, and other important updates necessary for maintaining your account and service continuity.

RetailerBoost will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. We will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

Performance of a contract: Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you (e.g., when you sign up for our services).

To process and deliver our services - Including managing payments, fees, and charges; collecting money owed to us. Using Identity, Contact, Financial, and Marketing data for contract performance and legitimate interests.

To manage our relationship with you - Including notifying you about changes to our terms or privacy notice, asking for reviews or surveys. Using Identity, Contact, and Marketing data for contract performance, legal compliance, and legitimate interests.

To administer and protect our business - Including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, system maintenance, support, and reporting. Using Identity, Contact, Technical, and Device data for legitimate interests and legal compliance.
